Billing system and making payments

Invoices for each calendar month are emailed to parents on or around 21st of the preceding month.  Payments are due by 14th of the invoiced month.

Ways to pay

You can pay by bank transfer and details of our bank account can be found on our invoices or requested from the office.  Alternatively you can pay by cheque or cash at the nursery where a receipt will be issued to confirm your payment.  Alternatively you can pay by.

Tax Free Childcare 

Parents can sign up to receive tax free childcare via the HMRC government website.

The Government is phasing out voucher payments in favour of the Tax Free Childcare system but if you are already registered with a company through your employer we are still able to receive payments this way.
