About Us

Little Darwins is a full day care nursery set in extensive grounds and surrounded by Essex countryside. The nursery is situated next to Rettendon Primary School which is located between Chelmsford, Woodham and Wickford on the old A130.

We are open from 7.30am to 6pm 51 weeks per year and offer a range of care packages including:

• All-year-around Full Day care for babies from 3 months old through to school transition
• Term-time short day care (9am - 3pm) for children from 3 years old through to school transition
• Breakfast and After-school care for children aged 5-11 years (mainly attending Rettendon Primary School)
• Holiday club for children aged 5 - 11 years, open to all primary school age children
• Sibling discounts available

The children are cared for by early years practitioners who are trained to recognise the development needs of your child and creat a safe, challenging and stimulating environment.
